Anyway to code off tire pressure light symbol

Sup guys,

My sister owns a 06 325i sedan. Her tire pressure symbol light keeps coming up red on her dash although her tires are properly filled with air according to specs. I tried resetting or initialing it but it still comes back. Is there any way to code this off?

Are there any other lights or problems? 06 has the FTM which just uses the speed sensors. As long as its reset it shouldn't give you any problems as long as the tire pressures are the same. Unless she has incorrect tire sizes?

Could also mean a bad ABS sensor for one of the wheels.

She does get a yellow ABS light. Could that be it? If it is, I guess the next question is, which ABS sensor is it?

Buy a cable, costs $25 and use INPA to see which sensor it is, the easiest and cheapest way.

You should replace the sensor because without it ABS, DSC, FTM, hill start assist, etc wont work. Get the codes scanned and see exactly whats wrong and go from there.

Can I use the same cable I use for coding?

Sup guys,

I am still working on this. I got the cable and Inpa. However, what section would I look under in Inpa? I didn't see anything related to sensors.

Does anyone know if I will be able to pull up the bad sensor using the BMWhat app? I tried using it a couple of days ago but it didn't pull up any faults. I'm not sure if was doing it correctly.
