Hey Ruddigger.
Nice ride Does the front lip hold up well, or does it bend if it scrapes over bumps ect. I'm thinking about making one for my M3 replica front bumper. It REALLY needs a lip in my opinion Rgs Bounceme Last edited by Bounceme; 02-20-2017 at 04:33 AM.. |

Bounceme The lip has held up great. Even after destroying my bumper the lip came out unscathed.

Hey Ryan, I've been away from the forum. Just catching up. Sorry to hear about your front bumper but it looks like it didn't hold you back at all. I've wondered when I would get pulled over for no front plate...
Bty, when did you do your roof rail delete? I have the replacement trim pieces at home, but one of the two was damaged during delivery (of course). I like that smooth roof appearance. It looks sportier, not to mention dropping 7 lbs from the top. Strong work!

tetsuo111 The roofrails were gone when I bought it, I think the origonal owner may have ordered it that way. Did you ever get those brakes on?

The brakes are sitting unloved. My life has been hectic the past months and I'm just dipping my toe back in the water. Have a new wife since my free-wheeling E91 track-rat days... Your ride looks great!

Thank you for helping me decide on my ARC 8 color! Everyone else's pics make them out to be too dark, but I think that's because they up the contrast in their photos too much. If they arrive how they look in your photos, I'll love them even more.

What was the max camber you can go after the Dinan camber plates and M3 controls arms?

I don't really know. I knew I didnt need too much so I just had it set at 2°, but they told me I could go way more if I ever wanted to.

I just read through your build, Overall awesome car! You've done a lot in a short period of time. What the result was of the manifold swap and tuning?

Is this car still around? Would love to see some interior shots and hear how the car has held up with the slight modifications made... Before anyone says it, yes, i know this is a old thread.

Great build, thanks for detailing it!
For the 335i brakes, did you do any coding for them? I have a 328i wagon I'd like to put some on, and I knew about the parking brake working, but I can't seem to find a definitive answer on whether I need to code in the performance brakes option? Thanks!
