The top half is definitely a maple leaf. Maybe your tires were made in Canada?

I reached out to Michelin. " It's a maple leaf symbol, it is the national safety mark of Canada. It signifies that the manufacturer certifies that the tire meets transport Canada requirements."

Weird that it's impossible for me to find by searching for it.
