335i Running cool and beep sound under boost

Test drove (for third time) a 335i auto that I really liked and this time took out an OBD reader for live coolant temps.

Drove for 15 miles and the oil temp gauge barely moved and coolant temp was really low?

Bad thermostat?

Also makes a feint beep for. Engine bay in drivers side under boost, with no codes or loss of power (confirmed with ISTA). MLoose vacuume line?

Thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

The oil temp in my 335i can take a while to budge from the bottom of the gauge. Maybe 10 mins of pretty relaxed driving on a really cold day. Some people replace the oil radiator thermostat with an always open one, which will hinder it getting up to temp. The only way to check is to open up the manifold that bolts onto the oil filter housing.
