Got my wheels today via FedEx, didn't pay anything at the door. I'm driving 45min each way down to Upstate NY tomorrow to pick up my tires (saving hundreds). I will post my scheme after picking them up tomorrow. Basically, I will pay all taxes at the border and still save over $300 in shipping charges, plus the fact that the tires were substantially cheaper in the first place...
