Based on the ad looks like E92/E93 only. I've got an E90 and am located in the same area, so if it did fit E90 that'd be nice

@dwashy I think you are in luck. the e92 PE exhaust does fit on e90 but tips are longer.

I would assume this would be the same. PLUS you are rwd and seller's is rwd.

If this fits AWD, I would be interested in picking this up if you are not interested.

Ahhh well that changes things.. My secondary cats have been removed, and I think the welds are rattling. This might be nice to replace with. Muffler looks pretty small though so would probably be much louder than current setup. Car currently is straight through all the way to OE 330i muffler

Yeah this muffler/resonator delete combo is fairly loud if you have aftermarket Catless headers and secondary cat deletes, very droney below 2k rpm but above that it's loud but sounds good. But with stock headers and secondary cats in tact it sounds like most muffler/resonator delete combos, this video sounds pretty close:

AFE lists this as compatible with the following models:
Year Make Model SubModel Engine Fuel
2007-2012 BMW 328i xDrive E92 L6 3.0L Gas
2013-2013 BMW 328i xDrive E9x L6 3.0L Gas
2007-2007 BMW 328xi E92 L6 3.0L Gas
2008-2011 BMW 328xi E90,92 L6 3.0L Gas
2012-2012 BMW 328xi E90/92 L6 3.0L Gas
