Procede V2 fuel issue

So I've just installed my procede v1 with the v2 harness just to see if I could manage to install it by myself.
As everything was in place,I started the car with the bypass plugs on the v2 harness.Everything went well and the car was ok.
After that I unmounted the Plugs and connected the v2 harness with the procede box.
So I started the car and was like wtf? because it took 2-3 seconds to get the car started.
Right after that the display showed "engine malfunction" "tire pressure monitoring system failed" and so on...
the car was much louder and I reved it up a few times and it sounded different..at the very beginning, when I started the car I could smell the fuel...
very strange...
should I reset the ECU,..?
What can I do?
Except freaking out again and blaming everybody but me for having such a shitty day

Did you check the power and ground? Also, make sure your running the proper firmware and map for v2. Sounds like the power or ground though.

It's really hard to tell what you got and if the harness is in good shape. When you buy a used procede it's always a good idea to send it into us for us to look at it and make sure everything is okay. If everything started up with the bypass plugs properly, then there's a good chance it's a power or ground issue. If that's not it, you will need to check the firmware to make sure that the previous owner updated the procede unit with the correct firmware. To do that, go to "Comms" menu on the software and select "Firmware info". Let me know what it says.
