I'll have to agree that its a little much. I have one at a dealer here with the following specs, for comparison

Here people will expect a much better deal then a dealer. Sadly mod's aren't worth almost anything unless its LSD or a Dinan.

Personally, I have been looking for a '08 Montego sedan with not even as many options as you have but in my case over 50k and no CPO is a deal breaker.
