I'm using a small spong applicator to get in around the cup holder slot.
I don't coat the area around the hinges.

Back seats complete! Will let cure for 4 weeks before installation.

All that now remains are the front seats and center armrest.

So far not a problem and I'm using the car virtually every day. However, when it comes time to do the driver's seat things will get interesting.

Not a bad idea. Maybe you can put the passenger seat in the driver position, paint the driver seat, and when it cures swap and paint the passenger?
