I'm not sure what you are expecting of such a meeting ? Just seeing each-other cars on a parking ?
I've organised some meetings for the former TT-club Belgium. The day started around 9 o'clock with a croissant and a coffee at the meeting point. In de morning, we where doing some site-seeing till noon. After a nice lunch, we usually visit some nice place. One of the simplest meeting in winter was a guided visit of "living tomorrow"( http://www.livingtomorrow.be/ ) followed by a nice lunch at "Drie Fontijnen" ( http://www.dedriefonteinen.be/ ) Both are just near the Brussels Ring. |

This is the second time i ask you some questions about what you're expecting and proposing to help to organize the meeting.
At least you could answer. Next time don't bother sending me a mail to participate. |

Sorry Marc, didn't mean to ignore you. I never read you wanted to come.
And I expect more cars/members to meet, just meet. If you have experience, maybe you could could suggest a full day-planning when we have a new date. Last edited by Topaz; 01-20-2008 at 03:42 PM.. |

No excuses needed, my reaction was a little to "heet van de plaat"
We can indeed meet in Brussels, which is quite central. October is usually a good period to organize such meeting. Holidays are passed and more people are available. We could start (for example) with the program I proposed some post before this one. "Huis van de Toekomst" (Living Tomorrow) is really nice to visit. The home shows all future technics supposed to make live more easy. Followed by a lunch, we could do some sightseeing in the late afternoon. Please, make some suggestions which saturday or sunday you're available in october. Also let us know which other proposals you might consider. I'll organize everything in advance. |

Under the atomium could be a nice place to make that pic. We could visit the Atomium after lunch. It has just been renovated.
The weekend of 20/21 October is perfect for me. |

The program:
Meeting point at Living Tomorrow at 9:30, to start the visit at 10:00. Entrance 10 € pp + FF 45 € for the guide if we want one. We can also join a group. To get there: exit 6 "Militair Ziekenhuis" on the Brussels Ring ( http://www.livtom.dotnet35.hostbaske...lvoordeENG.pdf ) At noon, we go to the restaurant, just at the other side of the Ring. If we are just a few, we can eat "a la carte". If it's a bigger group, I can ask for a menu. After lunch, we all go together to the Atomium to visit and take the pics. Entrance to the atomium: 9 €, 7 € if we are 20. ( http://www.atomium.be/HTMLsite/dyn/p...fo_id=14&lid=3 ) Of course, we can start with the Atomium and finish with Living Tomorrow. We can also visit Mini-Europe if there is some time left. ( http://www.minieurope.be/en/index.html ) Last edited by MarcJ; 08-29-2007 at 12:05 PM.. |

Greetzzz |
