Sport Seat Base Not Tilting Properly

Don't usually like to be a passenger i my car, since that means someone else is driving. Tried it the other night and realised that the passenger sport seat base tilt adjustment does not have anywhere near as much play in it as it should. Anybody had this problem, and know how simple a fix it is?

Sorry to necro this thread, but I am having the exact same issue after swapping UK seats on my LHD so it is quite frustrating since this is affecting my driver seat...
FieldingMellish did you manage to find a fix for this?
