BMW Not Starting, Then Running Rough

Hey Guys,

In the NE region, we had a ton of rain today. We took our 2011 328i out to drive to work. Maybe 100 feet later, the car stopped working. We had to push the car back to the driveway. When it was started again, it started spewing white smoke out of the rear, and does not sound normal. I know it has needed a gasket because it smells, but I don't know what happened today in the rain. Is it hydrolocked?

Prob head gasket.
