I bought BMW's Leather Care but have yet to try it. Im so worried that the seats will lose the Matte look and get shiny

Poorboys leather cleaner. Smells like leather. Initially adds a very slight sheen to the leather, but once the leather absorbs the conditioner, it goes back to matte black. Gets slippery for a week, but that goes away after absorption. I would highly recommend the product.

Do you need to put leather conditioner on the seats when they are brand new, or should i wait a few months and then clean and condition them?

As I have told here, my solution is:
Z9 plus Z10, then apply Turtle Wax for real good smell.

P.S. I have tried SmartLeather (from autopia shop), it smells like Z10 but not so strong, so maybe I'll replace my sheme to: Z9+SmartLeather+TurtleWax...

BTW, I think is better first wipe cloth with water and pass over seats to clean light dust...
