Best way to send tyres
I'm looking to buy a couple of tyres from someone but they're too far away to go and collect. They've said they'll send them if I arrange it all.
Whats the best and cheapest way of getting these two tyres collected and sent to myself. For reference they are located in Bodmin and I'm in Bridgwater. Cheers in advance guys. |

Saran Wrap and slap the label on them
What does the shipping company expect you to do? Actually box them up? LOL! Jokes aside, tires are, in fact, routinely shipped this way. It's not like they're very likely to get damaged during shipment (especially if saran wrapped) unless someone deliberately took a boxcut to them or something. If you're needing to ship two tires, just have the seller wrap them together so they get shipped as one unit. I know when I bought some cheap Chinese Nankangs off eBay they came shipped this way. I don't think I've ever received tires boxed

Thanks for the help guys but it doesn't matter now. Its come to light that although the tyres are new, they are nearly 10 years old, so I'm not interested in them now.
