Recently purchased this beautiful ZHP Convertible but a few things have changed financially so I am willing to part with this BMW – unfortunately not willing to part with my F31 MSport. I am the 5th owner of this vehicle according to Carfax. The Carfax is clean with no accidents recorded.

I have a DISA Valve Repair/Upgrade Kit From G.A.S that I was planning to replace as preventative maintenance @ 100k along with spark plug service, oil service, differential service and transmission service. To my knowledge the clutch has never been replaced and there are no issues. Grabs and pulls hard. No real documentation prior to my ownership, but vehicle has been dealer maintained its entire life. Maybe you’ll have more luck sources those dealership records.

It's an 18-year-old vehicle so it’s not perfect but it is in great shape in my opinion. Some exterior scratches and dings but nothing overwhelming (see pictures). There is a small chip in the windshield, smaller than a dime. Interior has held up very well for being a convertible.

Fuggggg, I love ZHP's and I'm at that point in my life where I want a vert. Wish I was in the market to buy. Great looking E46, style 135 wheels are my all time favorite.
