I don't see a catch here. 100k miles and about the going rate for a sport-pack AT e91. Worth a look in my opinion.

I guess for me the catch is shipping it to the east coast is over $2,000... serves me right for letting closer options slip away.

If you have been frustrated trying to list an enthusiast spec E91 on BaT, don't look at this one.

and Massachusetts rust! (I'm no expert on rust. Maybe it isn't bad?)
The rust is not good but a rust proofing treatment each September [before it gets too cold] will help stop any further rust.

For the rust experts - should I (i) replace bolts when I change suspension, (ii) use fluid film, (iii) leave alone? The car has 70k Northeast miles, but is moving to Colorado...

Looks super solid assuming it’s always been a west coast car the lack of rust is worth a lot. Carfax would be nice….

I think seller did not know what he had.
Ohhhh, wish I saw that before it sold... Petaluma is a little far, but doable. Think I would have had to get that one!

Seems to have stalled, I expected it to be higher at this point in the auction. Hate that bid snipers are frowned on. I just can't sit waiting on an auction, I want to bid no more than you allocate and snipers allowed for that.

It is just getting started with over 6 hours left in the auction. People will be waking up and keeping it open ready to bid. My guess is everyone is waiting until the last hour to throw bids in.

I clicked on one of the bidders and they have bid on a $400k porsche, so some deep pockets out there.

Missed out on brads2002 by a tiny margin. Definitely for the best as it would wreak garage havoc, but what a specimen to do that for

Hey guys, thanks for following the auction and all the comments. That was fun. 86Zed, i am sorry it didnt work out for you but it seems like these things reappear from time to time. Hopefully the garage havoc will be settled down by then. If i come across any good wagon leads i will be sure to post them up.

No worries! I had my E91 for 5 years and 50K miles. Onto new (older) BMW experiences with an E30 318iS. Something about these wagons, I am sure I will be in the market for one sooner rather than later.

Hey everyone, recently sold my E91 Msport here and have a set of the 194M wheels that the buyer didn't want. These are the 17 inch wheels original to the car. They have a pretty new set of Yokohama runflats in OEM staggered sizing. I can take them off or keep them on.

Wheels in great shape, fronts were repainted and I have a spare front wheel as well.

In Michigan, price negotiable but not very much, feel free to PM me. I want these out of the wheel shed.

Miss the wagon!
