Thanks! Bought from a local shop. You can get it anywhere though. Lots of dealers on the forum also.

This fitment with the spacers is as aggressive as you can go without rubbing and rolling the rear fenders. Front can be more aggressive but I made it match the rear. To be honest, I don't know how much lower it is than stock. When I did the drop I measured from the edge of the wheel up to the fender. Can't remember what height that was either lol. Sorry! I posted a few more non-hdr photos in the photo thread. Just some random blackberry shots. I will be going to the meet on Saturday too if you are around drop by! We can have a few SE cars there!

Can you adjust it back to stock height on the same suspension?

I like the lowered look, but I honestly can't see being any lower than stock in the winter here. The bottom of my car drags in the ruts in my back lane as it is.

You'd have to look at the specs. Im not sure even fully up you would be as high as xdrive. I doubt it.

Hey guys, I've been bargaining with the BC dealership on the 335i special edition sedan for a day or two now. I've brought them down to this:

$50,800 for the car
$2195 freight and PDI
$150 for all weather floor mats
$500 wheel locks/anti theft registration (is this really necessary?)
$500 lease/finance fee
300+20+100 for documentation, tire levy, and A/C tax

GST at 5%
finance rate of 1.9%

What do you guys think? I'm still asking for some more off because the sales lady had informed me that it had 200 km, then after recieving the quote it was listed at 950 km. Should I still be paying freight and PDI on a car with 950 km? Is it still considered brand new?

I feel like im getting close to owning this awesome car!

You will get a lot of opinions on this one...but personally-->

- I would never buy a car, especially a BMW 335i with that much power, that has been probably shitbanged for 950kms...I actually wouldn't even consider it. But that is me. I like Fresh. My baby had like 12 kms on it when I picked it up. Some people use those KMS as negotiating tact so if it works out great. At 950kms they either drove it in from somewhere, or it's a DEMO vehicle so your warranty would go to 80,950 but confirm with BMW Canada (not the dealer!). Can they get you another SE from somewhere for the same price and less then 20kms? When I purchase a vehicle, and I have purchased many, my deal always stipulates the vehicle must have less then 16kms.
-Floor mats? BMW ones suck , get weathertech
-500 bucks for wheellocks???? Garbage. The Anti-theft is probably the etching.
-Whats a 500 dollar finance fee? NEVER heard of this
-Documentation-doesn't matter, if they say it's free they have just padded it in the price somewhere else.

At the end of the day, if you're happy then buy the vehicle. If you have doubts walk away and get something that won't make you second guess yourself everytime you see it, drive it, sit in it.

Forgot to mention that is a very good price..just too many questions for me!

Looks like a good deal. I think the full msrp is 62k? That's like $11k off. The fees are somewhat standard. They vary slightly from dealer to dealer but pretty normal.

I don't think there are many SEs out there left unsold. I think they are all late 2011 builds, and when I was looking back in February, there were 3 manuals left in BMWs inventory system, which I believe covers the entire country. Not sure how many Steps were left cause MT was a requirement for me. Mine was shipped here from Calgary.

I have everything and my price was 61,800 an then I got 3k off. If the 1000km on the car isn't heavy usage, it is a great great deal they are offering you.

Youre really going to drive around all summer with rubber/plastic mats? 950 kms is nothing. Not enough to screw anything up. IF it did you will see problem sooner rather than later so warranty extension doesnt mean anything.

Must be an Alberta thing..never seen a car (cheap or luxury) without floor mats in the summer as well!

950kms...To each their own.

If the car was abused in the first 950 kms symptoms would show up well before the warranty is up. Having said that, I like them new too.....

I have a set of BMW winter mats from my last car, and the dealer gave me a set of carpet mats with the car, so I don't even use the factory rubber ones.

Love the car, still want to do lots of tweaks to it.

Has anyone put different summer tires on, is there anyway to put thicker tires on (bigger wall) to close that gap. I know the run flats that came with it are a really low profile.

The low profiles look killer but they freak me out when I hit a bump or a pavement transition! Still love the car- makes me smile like a kid.

I also thought about swapping because every car now adays has these wheels (335is) and this car...I see them all the time. Only thing is these wheels are very strong for 19" wheels. Very resilient against bends/cracks.

Really shouldn't do this. The speedo is programed for a certain rolling diameter. If you change tire size, you alter the rolling diameter and it messes things up. Your speedo will be off, mileage, etc. Also, might start to rub when your turning cause the tire may hit the inside wheel wells.

Suspension change is the only way to close the gap between the fender and the wheel.

Like I said above. 313's are pretty tough but I agree. Whenever running 19's you shreek whenever you hit a pot hole or a big bump, even train tracks lol. I slow right down...sometimes people get upset but they aren't replacing my wheels if they get bent lol.
