How The F*ck Do I Dry My Car?!

HOW?! HOW?! HOW?!

Every time I try, I always end up with water marks on the other sides of the car
There is always water left on the car after I lay down a mf towel on the water.
I seriously get so frustrated that I just say "f*ck it" and I just start rubbing the water off with the towel.

It just doesnt dry! I will post a video of what I am talking about if you dont understand but it is driving me nuts

Please help

use waffle weave towels, don't wash directly under the sun ( dries too fast ), don't wash when its below 50 degrees ( fog starts forming ), use 2 or more towels ( one for wiping the water down ) other for drying it off, as for the swirl marks... you can't really prevent it unless you spend a couple hours DRYING your car. we all get natural swirl or wash scratches especially on bmws because the factory clear coat is horrible. try applying a couple layers of quality wax so that water would bead off more.

after your final rinse, take the nozzle off the hose and rinse it like that at medium pressure. then dry with a waffle weave MF towel. leave it somewhere so you can dry the leaks as they come out when you're waxing

deff...that might be why...when you leave soap on a section it leaves swirls and marks even after you rinse...that could be why... wash section then rinse section and move on...wash in the shade also

thats ridiculous, i would never wash and dry each section by section. The way i do it everytime and works like a charm,is, to wash a couple of panels at a time and rinse them off immediately. keep doing the entire car like this, IN THE SHADE, NO SUN ON CAR WHATSOEVER, and keep rewetting or rinsing the entire car as you progress anyway to keep panels WET and from allowing the water to dry. Then rerinse the entire car one last time after your done, and immediately dry with towels that dry good, usually 2 good full towels, DO WINDOWS FIRST, they show spots the most. VIOLA, no spots WHATSOEVER.

That's what I do too. With a white car, windows first is a must.

my cars white too, so it doesnt show water spots too much, THATS WHY I BOUGHT WHITE, and I LOVE IT.

i also a very thin layer of mothers carnauba wax on hood, trunklid at every wash, this does wonders when drying car, the water beads off and dries awesome.

Im gonna do the wash/dry each section now and then give it a good wax.
After that I will have to find a shade spot to wash my car (my driveway has no shade) but, I normally wake up before the sun it out and start washing it. (not during the winter) but right now the temp is rising and its getting perfect time for it.

And then do what I have done is that past (exactly what schybrid's techinique is)

that is neither efficient or nice to do. it'll take you forever and you'll get water in places you already washed when you rinse. why not just let the water sheet off? it only takes me one full sized waffle weave towel to dry the ENTIRE car

A combination of good wax, water sheeting and a leaf blower is your solution. Make sure the leaf blower is ready (plugged in and next to the car) right after you sheet the water off. With a good layer of wax, water will fly right off with the leaf blower. No water spots at all. After this just blot dry the few damp spots with a waffle weave MF.

Water sheet doesnt work when I dont have any wax on the car.

How much are those waffle weave towels? Not that it really makes a difference, Im going to have to pick one up.
