Need Help: Oil pressure too low warning light 335i

hey guys, have you seen this before? got an oil change about a month ago w/ full Mobil 1 synth oil...car runs strong and fine...engine sounds fine as well. but this warning light comes up? should i be concerned? i have BT but cannot clear the error.

what does the -40 MLS mean?

You are 40 miles overdue for oil service. Sounds like you didn't reset the CBS when you did the oil change.

what is CBS? sorry if should've been obvious. can i do that w/ the BT tool?
