Possible Aggressive Fitment

First things first I have searched the forums found a few answers but i wanted to still ask to check again and see if maybe someone has tried something else and succeeded. I have a 2008 335xi on stock suspension for now and rolled fenders. I want to try to fit as much tire under the car as possible. I have already purchased some wheels. They are 18x9.5 +22 and 18x10.5 +22. Im thinking of running 245/40/18 tires on the front and 275/35/18 tires on the rear. The Tire sizes are .4% difference the same as the Factory staggered setup and under the 1% rule. What do you all think? Is it gonna fit or am i gonna rub like crazy? Not opposed to running a 235/40/18 and 265/35/18 but it would be nice to run the wider set on these wheels.

You will definitely be better off with the 235/265. You'll need to run some camber as well, depending on your ride height when you decide to drop it.

+1 you're going to have to roll the rear fenders. You'll be better off shaving it tho.

The most you'll fit on the front with 18x9.5 et 22 is a 235/40 or maybe a 255/35. I'm running 225/40 for now. Good luck with the rear. You'll need a huge roll and pull at 10.5 I would have gone 10.5 et 33 maybe with a 5mm spacer.

Well put the wheels on last night and with zero modifications, no pull no roll. I am glad to say that 18x9.5 +22 and 18x10.5 +22 fit with no issues at all.
