Permanent Sport mode for Automatics?

This is probably a very stupid question, but I have an automatic 328i with a Borla Exhaust and just got an Active Autowerke tune installed today. The car sounds great in sport mode when I'm driving, and don't get me wrong it sounds great when I rev it in park or neutral, but I would love to be able to hear it rev when I'm not moving while also in sport. Is there anyway to keep sport mode on in an automatic without having the shift knob to the left? I was wondering if that was a possible option through coding apps like Carly.

Doubt it. Download NCS Dummy and go through the EGS daten. I don't remember an option like this though. Sorry.

Sport mode doesn't affect the sound, it's just opening the throttle more for the same amount of pedal input vs. normal mode.

Opens the exhaust flap an'd in cases where people are mhd tuned will affect the burble options....so actually it does.

Sport mode adjusted burble is only for F series. E series burble will be the same in normal mode and sport mode. OP should just disconnect his exhaust flap wire, but I don't believe the e9x 328i has a valved exhaust like the 335i

Well yes, now that you bring in aftermarket modifications of course that can change things.
