Can someone review these logs and give me insight of where to go. I have the JB4 software and at stage so far all I have is the dual cone intakes. Will be FBO since all parts are nearly here.

The car seems to have higher fuel trims and pulls timing, in 6th gear and WOT it falls on its face and goes into limp mode. Here are some images of the logs.
