E90 With Mods Pricing concensus

Not that I need another one, but I came across this on marketplace and was wondering the general consensus. Strikes me as pricey for what it is, but I'm a terrible judge of that. What are people's general thoughts on things like this?

2009 BMW Series 3 335i Sedan 4D
$10,995
Driven 126,401 miles
Manual transmission

Seller's description
I purchased this car as a custom order in Germany and have been the sole owner since. I’m just selling the car because starting a family, buying a house, trying to finish a degree, etc. have pushed it down the priority list and I haven’t had the time to take it to the next level. It isn't show car perfect anymore, but I’m hoping to find the next person who will love it as much as I do.

The glaring mistake is the lack of Sport seats. I think he’s assuming the potential buyer wants all those mods, I think that $9K is a realistic number with all the stock parts.
