tune disabled - e85 code?

So I brought my car in this morning to the dealer to get a state inspection / emissions. Last night, as a good measure, I set my JB4 to map 0 and reflashed my BMS backend back to stock with MHD flasher. This morning I was blessed with the half engine light on the way to the dealer. I wasn't WOT at all and prob didn't get over 4k rpm. I had just filled up a couple days ago with about E30(93oct gas and 30% E85). The half engine light went off after a restart of the car on the dealer lot.
I didn't have my reader so I have no idea what code it was. Car has been running great for months without an issue.

My only thought was maybe the car, when running stock everything, will detect a high mixture of ethanol and throw a code? Both my oem hpfp and lpfp have been running easily within norms per recent logs.

Only other mods are DCI and ER chargepipe with TIAL BOV. I am hoping no issue with my inspection and report back. Just curious if this makes sense to anyone else?

Yes your code is probably related to running too much E85 on stock flash.
Cant be sure 100% until you pull the codes

The code wasn't bad enough to fail the inspection. The dealer didn't even mention it. I immediately reflashed with MHD when I got it home so I can only assume everyone's suspicions.

Thank you all!
