Best way to keep the valves clean is to drive your car hard. My original 80k engine which had never been cleaned was cleaner than the pic of Matthewricha's valves 4k after. I have read of a 135i race car engine which was almost spotless inside due to the fact that it had spent alot of its time at full throttle

iWOW THATS SHOCKING!!!!

Idnan... when you say drive hard... What do you mean?

The minute the needle gets to a 70 do you start booting it all the time? Full throttle everywhere? Or just WOT even in higher gears so you hear the turbos spool?

I spoke to Will at TWG today and he's still able to offer the walnut blasting service for £280 inc VAT so I've booked my car in to get it done later in October.

The work takes between 4 and 5 hours and they have a hire car available for £15/day if you don't fancy hanging around.

Can't wait to get it done to be honest!

I took a trip to see Will yesterday and had the valves cleaned and a service whilst it was there.

I spent a lot of time talking to a Will and was impressed with his passion. The workshop was well looked after aswell which I think is always a good sign!

Before and after picture!

Results speak for themselves!

Cold start was also a lot better so I'm happy!

Couldn't recomend these guys and service more!!
