Next time you can't sleep, reroute/organize the cables on your TV.
Seriously though, lot of work you just put in there. I saw Long's DIY, it is not for the faint of heart.

update: ok, i was driving around in florida rain, condensation builds up on the driver's side xenons...
i go home, hair dried the crap out of it and i guess the condensation built up back in the adaptive headlight module now i have to order a module off either bmw or ebay ($69 starting bid -_- i think thats just bs trying to sell a simple circuit board for 69) bah, its VERY frustrating, but at least now i know what NOT to do from now on

I don't know about the condensation problem, but that TV seems to plugged in directly to the wall, and I hope you don't get too much thunder and lightnings in your area. Go buy a power strip with a fuse in it.

Thats a lot of work, I would have never thought the reflector color would be so much of a problem that one would go to that trouble to change it. nice work.

Hey i didnt even see this thread till today....
What did you use to seal the headlights back up - I havent had a problem in the 4 headlights i've opened so far. Also, good Job opening them, its not easy is it??? this is what i did with mine. and this was REAL CF, not a CF sticker or anything. I've found that Permatex black silicone adhesive works Very well for sealing them back up |
