Hi!

I have an e90 LCI 320d with the 8.8" iDrive installed (12gb drive). I currently don't have navigation related options on my iDrive. However I have telephone, bluetooth & usb devices, television with DVD installed and functioning perfectly.

I have a few questions about enabling Navigation on my iDrive -

1. There is a possibility that I might have the required Navigation related hardware installed internally - but not enabled/activated at the software level. Is this possible? (Because a few of the guys who've bought it around the same timeframe have nav enabled). How and where (physically or on the iDrive ) do I check if its installed or not?

2. What are the different components/parts/modules needed to get navigation up and running?

3. Once all the necessary hardware is in, what are the steps done on the software side to get it enabled and working?
