K&N filter makes it quieter??
I put a K&N filter into my 335xi this morning..and noticed on the drive into work that it seemed quieter. Is this typical? I was under the impression that it probably wouldn't change anything as far as noise goes..so I'm somewhat confused.
I was thinking it was all in my head (and maybe it is), so I am going to try to put the paper filter back in and see if the sound returns.
