very nice.

I'm in a "airbag low priority" area.

Yeah I hear that. Being here in FL, they just starting fixing ours. It could have be worse with Takata filing chapter 11, we could have just had the parts indefinitely delayed in legal limbo!

Surprisingly I thought they would keep the car for a week or so to source the DEF parts. The service guy said with all the replacements going on they're pretty stocked everywhere now.

Same. I took my car in last week about the air bag recall and they said they can't do mine yet. Oh well.

So, I'm sure I'm late to the party here, but if I haven't already taken my cars in for the fixes prior to deletes, is it required that the car be serviced at BMW?

Nope they just ask for proof that you got the work done and paid for it. Reimbursement can be had here:http://www.bmw-rp.com/production/isg...nsf/submit.xsp

Mine showed up before I got the letter telling me they were covered. They showed up before this post was even made. I check that site every day to see if the Harmonic Balancer will show up.

Is there a chance your nox sensors had been replaced before?

Even if that is the case, it still would be there. I did the scr and driveshaft recalls, and yet they are still in the list along with frm and airbags.

Has anyone received this extended coverage in Canada? Or was this USA only?
