Dpf delete and Emissions

Wondering if anyone can help me find out where I could find requirements for CT emissions.....I'm looking into possibly deleting the dpf filter but not sure if I would still be able to pass emissions every 2 years...thanks

Looks like I need to fix my dpf instead of deleting it....yay lol
