What is wrong with my 2011 e90 328i xdr?

Whenever I drive and the car reaches anywhere between 1900-2700RPM it feels like I'm almost driving on a rumble stip on a highway. Its especially more prevalent around 20-40 mph and uphill. It also doesn't happen when I'm in park and rev it. The only thing I might have to believe caused this is I had to drive through a heavy storm the other day and drive through some heavy puddles (maybe 5" of water), but I was able to store it in a garage afterward to dry out.

Common issue on these with an almost impossible fix.. I have a 2011 328xi that I've been chasing the same drive line vibration. Only happens around 40-50mph and then goes away.
I've replaced the drive shafts (Fr and R), replaced the Carrier bearing, replaced the transfer case.. nothing works. I got tired of messing with it. I was going to remove the front drive shaft and see if it resolves the vibration. But again tired of messing with it
