Trust me, rather a snake or two than an over abundance of chipmunks, mice and squirrels. Leave it alone and let it do it's thing. It's more scared of you than you are of it............

I killed a copperhead in my yard last week. Pinned it to the ground with a stick and took off its head with a shovel.

I don't care how useful they are, I'm not letting my dogs (or me) get bit by a poisonous snake.

But nobody said copperheads were good? It was only black/garter/garden snakes. In summary:
