I'm new here so someone fill me in,......what did this boy sell and then never send ?
How much money was involved here ? If you know who he is and where he lives then it's easy to cause him a lot more $$$ in not only lawyer fees but also getting your money back. Go that route and I'll bet he will never do that again. There are other charges that he can be charged with since this is happening across state lines. TRUST ME ! |

I agree, the 'victim' should go to his local police ,file charges and let them know that you want to press charges, then when he gets arrested get a copy of his photo and post it for all to see.

This donald guy is very lucky, money isnt a toy to play with esp in this economy now, and some people wont make threats but will act on them. In my country this guy would have been in some serious trouble. It's amazing how in the civilized world the criminals are protected by the law. Even if someone goes to prison most of them are like resorts compared to east Europe prisons. And you wonder why so many people choose to be criminals. It costs 100k a year to keep a prisoner locked up in USA. The whole system is f-ed up. Need to go to the old way. If you rob you get your hand chopped off. If you rape get a hot iron pressed in your forehead marking you for life and chop his d..k off. If you kill get killed. We're too indulgent here...
