What qualifies as an air bubble in HO tint?

Two weeks ago, I got HO 45% on my windows and approx a dozen tiny, pin head size, air bubbles along the rear, passenger side window?

Most of these appear as if dust got under the tint, along the top edge and then air was trapped around the dust.

Do you guys with tint have this issue? Should I take it back?

In the photo, the two in the small window are nickel sized, but the shop claims they are still drying as you can see the water moving in the bubbles. Is this normal?

I figure after two weeks, it should be dried out and they should have done a better job pushing the air/water out.

Thanks.
