Yeah, it is. I realized the Mr. 5 intake is almost impossible to do with my Active Steering reservoir in the way so I decided not to do it.

crashed on to a curb a while ago and ripped off my front bumper. had to get it replaced. i doubt it may have damaged my intercooler. I'll check it in day light and let you know.
