good lease price for an x5 4.8i

Hi Guys/Girls,

What do you think my monthly payment should be like on the following:

2008 X5 4.8i
4.8-liter, V-8 engine
xDrive, intelligent all-wheel-drive
See all standard features
Base MSRP $54,800
Monaco Blue Metallic $0
Black Nappa Leather $1,000
Brushed Aluminum trim $0
Sport Package $3,700
20" Light-alloy wheels Y-Spoke (style 214) with mixed run-flat performance tires
$950
Technology Package $2,600
Automatic tailgate opening and closing $500
Comfort Access system $1,000
Running boards $300
Destination & Handling: $825
Total MSRP as Built $65,675

I have a 680-690 score (between all 3 agencies) and I plan to put $4,000 out of pocket total. I would like this lease to be max of 36 month, but will take any shorter if possible by lower payment.

I am currently leasing a 328i that i am returning for this. (if this does any impact)

I went to the dealership to pick a car out, almost bought it, but my rims on 328 got me to think about it as they preferred that i return it on stocks. I went home and though about it some more and decided that I am not going to take the car off the lot, but order one the way i like it. BTW, this car is for my wife with my 1 year old daughter.

Can anyone assist me in calculating what my monthly payment should be?

Thank you in advance

Too much down brah, but if you are returning a 328i for it then you will need to put those $4k down.

The payment is gonna be in the $800 to $1000 range.
