Would this be the "Ultimate ED Experience"?
Since most of us on this forum are enthusiasts, I thought of this to make ED a truly memorable experience. If you had the opportunity to travel across the Atlantic Ocean with your new BMW, would you? Imagine being able to enjoy a 2 week cruise on the high seas and share the voyage with your car. There are shipping lines that offer passage on their voyages and I think if there was enough interest, the details could be worked out. Don't expect all the amenities of a luxury cruise but there could be fine food and nice accomodations. This would certainly make the time between you drop your car off in Germany and pick it up stateside seem a little shorter. I made this a poll to assess the interest level.
Don't think I'm ....the Wright Brothers thought that man could fly.

It's a cool idea, and would be nice if it were available for people who wanted to do it, but I'm not a cruise fan. I'd rather take the two weeks either in Europe or after re-delivery to drive the car.

Yup. Nothing excites me about sailing across the North Atlantic.
