Hi Mike,

By the sounds of it that's the car dimming them down when the main beam is on. Although when you say main beam do you mean the dipped beam xenons or the full/main beam i.e. when you flash?

Because these are classed as your daytime running lights/sidelights even the OEM ones will go dim when you have your lights on, on some models with the iDrive you can change the brightness and keep them full all the time...

Drop me a PM/Email if you need any more assistance mate.

Thanks,

Zain

Hi Mike,

In that case its normal, your halogen ones would do the same as the car send a lower voltage to those when the dipped beam is on at night. On some iDrive BMWs it seems they can change this option.

Thanks,

Zain

Should be uploading some pictures of our Gold Edition Angel Eyes shortly, also we will have some new & exclsive BMW LED products coming in soon, such as OEM like LED number plate lights, footwell lights, interior lights etc...

So rather than replacing bulbs, you can now replace full units just by plug & play...

Watch thi space!

Thanks

As promised here are some pictures of the 40W Gold Edition Angel Eyes installed to one of our customers BMW.

Big thank you to Al for sharing the pictures with us, and allowing them to be watermarked by us (sorry about this as we know it looks rather ugly, sadly a lot of competitors out there think its okay to steal our content)

A little review from Al himself - "Awesome..... Nothing much more to say really, by far the best I have come across, a noticeable difference side by side against some over twice the price. Very highly recommended. Thanks Horizon ;-)"

Here are the pictures, some professional looking shots here! Very hard to compare them with older generation of Angel Eyes, but the feedback from Al says it all...

P.S. many may think why the outer ring is less lit up, well close up it looks like it is very dim, but at a distance it seems good, this is not an issue with the bulbs unfortunately they are all like this. When you are driving, other drivers see them at the right angle/distance and they look amazing. A little picture below to show generally how these Angel Eyes work on reflections from the inner rings so you can understand why the outer ring always seems to be the "dim" culprit, try and kneel down and they will look perfect: -

Again, a massive thanks to Al for the professional photography! Can tell these have been done on a SLR, best camera option to show what these are like...

This is the light reflection from JUST the Angel Eyes, against a garage door: -

You can get this look with your BMW, check out our Interior LED kits. If your model/make isnt listed then we will make up this kit for you and add it to our website, do let us know if you have any question!

This is our 25W Cree LED Sidelights

Thanks for looking... P.S Sorry for the non BMW pictures!
