Dark Shaddow Line Trim - Install

Hi,

anyone have any good links / advice on how to reinstall the trim along the drivers window sill? I cant seem to get it all back in properly and lifts in certain areas!

help appreciated.

its probably broken, mine did the same.

Theres an aluminium top piece, then a sort of rubber channel underneath that clips onto the edge of the door frame. They come bonded together from the factory.

On mine, the rear passenger side door trim had lifted like you describe, it was obvious that the previous owner had glued it down and the glue had given up. I bought a new one from BMW and replaced it. Wasnt too dear.
