Wrapped my E93 hardtop roof to look soft top

Hi everyone! I'm new here. I just got a 2007 335i hardtop cabrio and I prefer the look of the soft top (previously had a 2002 330ci), so I just had the roof wrapped in vinyl. I know that lots of you will cringe, but I think it's unique. I am posting a video for those who may want to see what it looks like.

That actually looks a lot better at least in my opinion, at least for that color!

Not bad. But I would have gone with a CF wrap, and wouldnt people be surprised when the top folds in!

Hmmm, not exactly sure since I just bought the car last week! But I tinted it at 50% already (made a video of that too, hahaha http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uwL9G_67_Nk).
And I have plasti-dipped the rims from my winter tires and will put those on tomorrow and then post another video.
Oh, I will probably put on a little mini spoiler, but I'm thinking I should stop after that. Kinda disheartening when people say I've ruined my car

The gloss black vinyl is Avery. Is that what you're asking?

I probably won't bother with a wind deflector because of the price tag.

I think that actually looks good so color me surprised.

Good job doing something original. I can't believe no one has thought of this. I really liked my tan top on my white Z4, I'd be curious to see someone do this on that combo.
