Exclamation Transmission/ABS/AirBag lights on, Electrics might be dead.

I was driving down 101 near Palo Alto and I hit the gas to change lane, right after I did that I noticed something weird. My gas pedal was unresponsive and a crapload of lights lit up my dash, so had to exit and pull into a parking lot. I opened my hood and noticed my coolant tank was boiling and leaking, the cap had corroded seals, I have since replaced it.
I cautiously drove it home after adding some water. I looked it up and my battery was DONE, this was later confirmed the next morning when my car wouldn't open and I had to go through the trunk. I bought a new Bosch AGM battery from PepBoys (it's was an ordeal) with higher CCA , around 800. I just installed it this afternoon after looking at a demo on E90Post.
After everything was secured, I turned on my car and everything was GREAT, for about 2 seconds until all the symbols reappeared, with also a new window symbol. I tried to clear the codes myself, but to no avail. I tried to drive, but 1st gear was unresponsive.
Does anyone know what this might be and/or how it may be resolved?

UPDATE: Brand new battery dead after one day. I tried to use by battery charger, but it kept surging for some reason...

Hello. New member here too as I have just bought my 325i last week.

From what I read here, it sounds like your water pump has gone bad and you are in limp mode.

I'm from San Mateo btw! Sorry if I couldn't help much.

Edit: similar thing happened to my ML with all the lights coming up. It was the alternator.

I'm fairly new to BMW, and I'm not a mechanic at all but If the battery doesn't charge..Isn't it the alternator. As far as coolant boiling out, Maybe the water pump / thermostat isn't working properly.
