No hot air at all E90

Hi folks new to this forum and wondering if you guys could help me out.

Bought a 2010 E90 a few weeks back and there has been a few problems so far...
One of the most recent problems was as I was driving I shifted into second gear and the engine temp light came on and I was getting restricted power. Ever since then I am getting no heat at all into the car.

Any suggestions? Pretty new with working on cars so I'm expecting a bit of stick here which I can accept lol

EDIT: just before this my red batter warning light had also randomly came on when I started up...

EDIT: My drive belt had came off..... Lol
Cheers!
