What's wrong with my heated seats?

The driver side heated seats only toast my lower back instead of my butt. It's getting really annoying. This has been a problem for about a month now. Is anyone else having this problem?

check under the seat for any loose connectors

if not take it to the dealer

My heating didnt work and the problem was fixed once it was brought into service. Something to do with the connection
