Selling our 328xi who has been a member of our family since 2011. It has 206K miles and counting. In good hands it has 100ks of miles left. Has the cold weather package so the seats fold down.
I do 99% of the work to our vehicles and am over the top honest about what it needs and doesn't need. See repair history in photos. It was primarily my wife's car, and our utility vehicle for travelling, getting my other cars tires to the shop, etc. Never been tracked or anything like that.
The Good:
Passed mass inspection late March, no concerns
Interior is in great shape for a 206K mile vehicle. always has rubber floor mats installed.
Paint is overall decent, other than issue in disclosures. Front bumper has PPF clear film.
Complete brake job just done last month including rotors, pads AND brake hoses.
Steering intermediate shaft joint, Both control arms/joints on front end are brand new, and alignment. Steering is sharp like new!
Transmission and engine are strong, no issues
Tires have 40-50% life left (however are snow tires, summer tires were worn out last season)
Recent changes of steering, brake and transmission fluids
No significant leaks. some oil residue around the oil pan for years but no drips.
Reasonable oil consumption of 1 qt every ~1k miles in normal driving. Been this way since we bought it with 50k miles.
A lot of items replaced that shows the care of the vehicle, like both new headlights because of fading the annoying blinker socket issues they often have

Disclosures:
Driver front of hood and driver front fender have cracked paint that has allowed rust. Best action is probably a used hood and fender unless you have body skills. Doesn't affect anything but appearance at the moment. Small nicks and one or two door dings otherwise.
For the past few years, check engine light occasionally comes on, which I believe is a weak injector coil. Sometimes its in 100 miles, sometimes in 1500 miles. It's been easier to just reset the light (reset tool is cheap) than to worry about it. Reset it 100 miles before an inspection and its fine.
Exhaust resonator has some loose baffling or something, it makes a little vibrating noise on cold start and then goes away. Been that way for 5 years+, not a risk of anything and hasn't bothered us to get it replaced
Light singing once in a while of a wheel bearing(?) in front, mostly when cold
Once in a while parked on steeper angles I've had a brief whiff of oil burn smell on start, again for years and oil consumption hasn't changed.
One of the cup holders doesn't extend
Has been in a few minor fender benders (minor rear ending, sheet of ice through the front bumper from a truck, etc. no at faults!) requiring only body panel work. Nothing to hide here. Will show up on a carfax.
