Hey quick question on these, with these adjusters would the LCA need to be undone each time height needs to be adjusted since there are no notches for a coilover spanner wrench? How would I go about adjusting these with them on the car? Is there anything in specific that I'd need?

The bearing and thrust sheets will allow the adjuster to be turned a little easier, but the best setup would be a main and helper for full adjustment without lowering the arms.

Can these be used on an otherwise all OEM e93 that has some wheel rub(aftermarket wheels) on arches to raise it up a hair to eliminate that?

How would these work with helper springs to make rear adjustment easy without removing the lca?
