Still no DP Fix

so since bms is out of making dp and exhaust components, my question is. Will anyone else steep up to figure out a fix for the N55's?

or even a speed delete for us N55's 0.o
i guess since the ecu is locked the only company bmw is selling the info to unlock this is Dinan

I don't see why they can't make the DP can tool. It's just the catless dp from what I heard. You can also purchase a JB4 which will clear that code.

JB clears it but it does not set it to ready... Hence why is not a DP Fix

do you think they stopped making then because of the n55 having issues with catless DP?
I still can not figure out why mine has weird idling and stalls out:/ I don't have a tune btw

i didn't hear of anyone having issues with a tune so i don't have a answer to you on that note. They couldn't figure out the wiring configuration from what i know thats on a DP fix as well as a speed limit delete!

Yeah, I've been back and forth with Terry about them. Even installed Flex Fuel wires to try and raise the fuel mass at idle; nothing worked. We found a huge air leak from my intake (which had warped and has since been warrantied; should be arriving today

). Swapped that back to stock, but it still didn't fix it.
Ultimately, I think it will turn out to be the HPFP.

The N55 has always reacted weird to DP's. I don't think it is a HPFP issue. But as for the true topic of this thread we desperately need a DP fix. It is the only thing holding me back from getting one.

I think it's still worth it to get a DP. I absolutely love mine.
