"Mod friendly" dealer in Miami

So I bought my car pre owned and haven't taken it to a dealer yet. I was driving on the highway and when I stepped on it, I got the "half engine" light and my power was gone.

According to what I've read, I believe this is the hpfp and my car only has 55k miles so it's still covered under the extended warranty on the hpfp.

So does anyone know of a dealer that's mod friendly that I can't take my car to, to save me the trouble of returning it to stock? Or is it just better to just return in to stock anyways and take it in.

Mods are: jb4, dci and downpipes

You sure it's not the charge pipe?
If you have the stock plastic charge pipe it's probably blown since you've got a tune on it.
I don't know if the dealer would cover that unless you have a CPO but I would take off the JB4 and not really worry about the down pipes.

If you still have the stock charge pipe, it's time to get an aftermarket metal one.

I don't think so cuz if I reset the code with my jb4, it goes back to normal. It only happens at high speeds with wide open throttle

This happened to me last month on the highway. Next day I had the error code. Took it to the dealership and it was a bad chargepipe. I don't have the JB4 though.

I read the code with my jb4 and it gave me the 2AAF code which is the fuel pump, so looks like I'll be taking a trip to the dealer this week

I'd still remove the jb4 just to be safe. Never a great idea to leave the tune on a car when bringing it to the dealer for something that might be warranty work.

Some dealers might give you a hard time about it.
I don't know any dealers that are more friendly about mods in Miami but the one here in Naples I deal with is really cool about mods.

Maybe I'll take a ride to Naples, it's only like an hour or so I think. I live by the mikkosuke casino, so it's not too bad of a drive

Ask for Victor the SA - he's pretty good about everything.
