mine scratches the valve cover and the intercooler piping is bent into an oval along with the wastegate dump.

hahah, thanks man. a little update on this build, motor had bad compression, so i swapped the whole turbo kit into my 135i and its making crazy power and all ive ever wanted from my car. dynoed at 640 hp on 23 psi with just DI and cm7 meth nozzle. had to dial it back down to 20 because the clutch was slipping. New clutch was just installed right now, and my new cm14 nozzle came in which is good for around 28 psi. i might be coming down to san diego tmrw for just driving the new cluch in until i break it in. ill keep you posted

Not surprising JP works car would have so many issues.

thanks man. was just scouting out to get a daily and was seriour about ordering a single turbo kit and then i found this jem. needed some work, but got the turbo kit 100%
