Adult owned. Only 56K miles. Clear bra! NO DOOR DINGS OR DENTS! Car is only hand washed using the two bucket method! 10K miles on Continental DW Extreme Contact Tires.

Brand new Stoptech brake pads were installed at all 4 corners about 1000 miles ago, along with a complete brake flush with ATE Gold DOT 4. A fresh set of Bosch spark plugs were also installed at 47,550 miles.

Car was also recently clayed and sealed with Merzerna sealant less than two months ago. Paint is smooth as glass.

Very good condition. Garaged at home AND work. Zero issues. Has been a very reliable car.
Only mods to the car are LED lighting/bulbs have replaced most stock interior bulbs, BMS twin cone filters and an oil catch can. Car has never been modified otherwise, never tracked, never raced, etc.

No Wheel rash at all, just a few small stone chips on a few of the blades from normal driving (maybe 3 total).

Only cosmetic issues are a few small paint chips on upper side of passenger door behind the mirror, normal small rock chips along lower front M3 lip where the clear bra doesn't cover, and also one of the cup holders doesn't spring open properly (it opens and closes fine, but need to replace the spring to make it open easier..common issue). Also there is the common peeling of the rubber on parts of the steering wheel near the audio buttons and the door panel strips....which happens to all the E90/92 cars.

Car is located in Fort Worth, TX. I am willing to ship if the buyer arranges it.
I am the second owner (have owned it since June 2011 at around 19K miles) and purchased it directly from the original owner (who purchased the car at BMW of Nashville). Oil has been changed every 5K miles since purchased.
