BMW oldtimer cars at Schloss SeeHof...

BMW oldtimer cars at Schloss SeeHof...

Hi Guys,

I happened upon some old classic cars in my town on Thursday. I was over at the Esso gas station buying some gas and I kept seeing all these classic cars drive past me. I kind of figured out where they were going… bc there is a really nice castle near by. It is more of a palace than a castle though! Schloss SeeHof it is called. Anyway… I hopped into my 135i and followed the old BMWs. Sure enough… that was were they were headed. Since I had a few minutes before I had to go to work… I snapped up these impromptu photos. There were a lot of cool old cars. Something that you just do not see that often in Germany, where everyone buys a new car every few years! lol There were also a few other cool BMW’s there as well.

Enjoy!
David

Schloss SeeHof is located in Memmelsdorf, just five kilometers from Bamberg.

You can see all my photos here:

two “stock” photos of Schloss SeeHof

And two photos I took on a grey dark day back in Dec ‘09

And now onto the classic cars…

Polizei car...

Compete with radio phone!

We want to come to Germany… they want to come to the USA! lol

You can just barely see my TiAg 135i…

The End.

and some interesting link for more info on the Schloss

Beautiful! "Just heading to work"- sometimes life just works out perfectly.

Love the phone handset in the Polizei Wagen. Thanks for sharing.
